Ten ton tessa has gone in to have a titty lump off this afternoon, i will post updates of her progress as and when i know it, i sent a load of food with her to the vets with strict instructions not to over feed her as she is a fat nadger, but popped some treats in to tempt her post surgery!! Fingers crossed for my furry little fat friend! Very Happy

Chubbo is home and looking dozy, she has polished off a couple of yoghurt drops though and is doing well.

£24 quid for the removal and meds. It's bugger all!

They're really good with them too. When pinky took a chunk out of the vets finger she didn't even flinch. Despite it pissing with blood!

She's looking good this morning, her wound has started to close so i took her sock off and removed the bnadage but have popped her sock back on so she doesn't open the wound bothering it. She's eating and drinking but i haven't noticed her making poopy yet. I figure this will come today as she has had her fair share of get well treats!!! Very Happy

Well Chubbo's wound has developed a hole and abcess/ I'm currently flushing it with saline and she's having septrin to clear the infection till tomorrow when i see the vet.

This was a lovely task at 7am this morning to be syringing saline into an open wound! YUMMO!

She is other wise well i cleaned the shelves and stuff to make sure there were no nasties lurking using antibacterial washing up liquid. Just gonna keep an eye on her.

Also, the vets injected chubbo with Baytril - this causes burns and has burned her and rritated her skin so much ont eh back of her neck it's all red raw. I didn't even realise till after i got hom - the nurse just brought her out and said she'd had an injection - i'm going to ring them tomorrow and tell them no more Baytril injections. Raaaaaaaaah Surprised
